In this video, I show you how to crush that sugar craving by making one of my all time, favourite healthy desserts.
- 1 frozen, very ripe, banana – peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 TBP cocoa powder
- 1 TBP natural peanut butter
- Put all ingredients into one bowl. Blend with an immersion blender. This can also be made in a Vitamix, blender or food processor. Best enjoyed on the same day it is made.
