I’ve tried a lot of banana bread recipes in my day. Some were mediocre at best, some were ‘meh’, and, some weren’t edible at all. But, now. Now, I found the one. Moist, chocolatey and delectably delicious. You wouldn’t know it’s gluten free.
It’s going to join the elite rotation of gluten free baked goods in my house, for sure. Not too many recipes get this privilege.
